Description

McClellanville, South Carolina is an old fashioned fishing village with a working marina, boatyard, fish processing area, caught in time, wonderful in character and charm. Just down the street from the shrimpers are grand old Georgian homes, some still owned by their original families. I hope it stays this way forever. Various shrimpers park their boats here, we saw more than 12 here in February ready to begin the new year boating up Jeremy Creek merging to the Intracoastal Waterway. The water was very calm with wonderful stripped clouds overhead.
