Artist's Description

Tomotley Plantation, an iconic plantations in the South Carolina, part of the ACE Basin property that dates to the original Kings Grant circa 1698, when it was deeded to Landgrave Edmund Bellinger. It is well known for having two wonderful Oak Avenues, allee, planted in 1820, which lead to the home built in 1910. Massive tunnels of twisted oaks, Spanish Moss and dappled sunlight, are over 1 /2 mile long bounded by beautiful white fenced pasture. The original home was burned by Federal soldiers in 1865.

What a gorgeous, sunset view to hang over a sofa or fireplace in sepia for a change of view!

Also available in color.

Touring with friends in the area I saw this wonderful sculpture off in the distance as it was pouring rain outside. Not to be dissuaded I jumped out of the car and caught this sculpture of running frocking kids jumping over a puddle against one of the museums.

Gradually as my photography got better, I was further encouraged to move to selling and becoming a professional. We are surrounded by beauty, but so much isn't noticed. Photography has encouraged me to create so beauty is noticed and appreciated. I am just a...
