Artist's Description
One of the most adored office buildings in the capital city, the RSA Headquarters building was built to house the Retirement Systems of Alabama’s staff and executive officers. Other agencies that reside in this breathtaking facility are the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency and the Alabama State Employees’ Insurance Board.

About Norma Brandsberg
Like many photographers, I didn't begin the process becoming a professional photographer, as a conscious decision. The decision was a linear progression over many years. I like to travel, so naturally would photograph to document our travels. My before retirement job required I learn the basics of photography and programming using a point and shoot camera. The move to professional photography changed over time. I was encouraged to buy a better camera as my photographs got better. Gradually as my photography got better, I was further encouraged to move to selling and becoming a professional. We are surrounded by beauty, but so much isn't noticed.
