Like many photographers, I didn't begin the process becoming a professional photographer, as a conscious decision. The decision was a linear progression over many years. I like to travel, so naturally would photograph to document our travels. My before retirement job required I learn the basics of photography and programming using a point and shoot camera. The move to professional photography changed over time. I was encouraged to buy a better camera as my photographs got better. Lovely architectural artwork Norma. Wonderful composition and perspective. Love the beauty of the rock. Well done. If this was Athens, Greece, it would be sprayed painted with graffiti. I was just in Athens and was disappointed by the utter disregard and disrespect of property with all the graffiti everywhere. Except the Parthenon, which is heavily guarded.
