Description
McClellanville village in South Carolina in the Francis Marion National Forest, began it's life to serve the local plantation owners in the cotton, indigo, rice, timber and rice industries. This view if located in a city park. It was almost destroyed in the 1990's when Hugo passed directly overhead. Today it a vacation destination intended to relax, slow down and enjoy the local seafood in an historic setting reminiscent of long gone days, but also enjoy the closeness of Charleston for other activities.
