Description

This is my home base for photography shooting. Pretty nice right? I am so thankful to live close to one of my inspirations, the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Appalachian Trail, Jefferson National Forest and Shenandoah National Park between Lynchburg, Charlottesville and Roanoke Virginia, near Buchanan. Autumn is my favorite with early Spring at the tail end of winter when the parkway is open, but wilh a bit of snow on the ground as the eaarly leaves are wakening up from hibernation. This view is looking east of the parkway, with Sharp Top Mountain and Flat Top Mountain on the left of this photo.
