Mabry Mill Water Trestle, Bridge located off the road, on southern end of the Blue Ridge Parkway, Virginia creates a pleasing landscape pattern. It now has a restaurant and is the location for concert events in the summer.

Like many photographers, I didn't begin the process becoming a professional photographer, as a conscious decision. The decision was a linear progression over many years. I like to travel, so naturally would photograph to document our travels. My before retirement job required I learn the basics of photography and programming using a point and shoot camera. The move to professional photography changed over time. I was encouraged to buy a better camera as my photographs got better. Gradually as my photography got better, I was further encouraged to move to selling and becoming a professional. We are surrounded by beauty, but so much isn't noticed.
