Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

Pictured is a scenic capture of a canon located in downtown Beaufort in the Stephen Elliott Park at the base of the Wood's Memorial Bridge, the most scenic Beaufort bridge in Beaufort.
The tiny park was named after Beaufort’ s own Brigadier General Elliott, 1830-1866, who served in the Confederate States Army. Before the Civil War Elliott served in the South Carolina Legislature and was Captain of the Beaufort Volunteer Artillery. Elliott was wounded in several battles including the battle of the Crater and later near Bentonville. Due to his injuries and the toll the war took on his body he only survived a few months after the war ended.
The canons actually have an interesting background history. Both of the cannons now sitting in the park came off of the British ship Vigilant.

Like many photographers, I didn't begin the process becoming a professional photographer, as a conscious decision. The decision was a linear progression over many years. I like to travel, so naturally would photograph to document our travels. My before retirement job required I learn the basics of photography and programming using a point and shoot camera. The move to professional photography changed over time. I was encouraged to buy a better camera as my photographs got better. Gradually as my photography got better, I was further encouraged to move to selling and becoming a professional. We are surrounded by beauty, but so much isn't noticed.
