Description
It was a dark gray day, but we decided to meander around the Blue Ridge mountains near Lynchburg and Bedford, Virginia knowing the spring flowers were in bloom. No matter the weather, near my home is gorgeous in springtime. Out we went, higher and higher on an old gravel back road I find so enthralling. We stumbled across this old farm house in ruins in the highlands of Apple Valley. The old stone farm house was crumbling and obviously abandoned, but still charming with the old fruit trees stretching their arms, daffodils and forsythia in full bloom.

If a place would be haunted this one looks like it fits the mold...LOL Love the moody look with the spring flowers. Nice.
